Jack and Jill Gift Shop does not accept returns or exchanges. If your item has arrived broken, please contact me within 7 days and a replacement will be shipped to you. You may request to cancel an order if it has not already shipped. All Jack and Jill items are handmade and may have slight imperfections, but I wouldn’t send you anything I wouldn’t be proud enough to give as a gift myself. Sometimes the background paper will vary a bit from the photo depending on how and where the paper has been cut. But it will be the same general paper you saw photographed.
